Natalie is a literal and figurative Rock Star in our organization. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Natalie Eslinger has built a career centered around exceptional guest experiences, team leadership, and operational excellence. Starting behind the bar and spending more than a decade perfecting her craft, she developed a passion for creating unique cocktails, delivering outstanding service, and building lasting relationships with guests.

Natalie has played an instrumental role in restaurant development, including helping Michelle and Stephen open and create the menu for Shakers on 3rd in downtown Bismarck, which has quickly become one of the area’s premier martini destinations. Her strengths include staff training, menu development, restaurant operations, marketing, and creating systems that drive both guest satisfaction and business success.

An entrepreneur since her early twenties, Natalie has owned and operated her own business and has held leadership roles in marketing and hospitality management. Her creativity, strong work ethic, and passion for developing successful teams make her a valuable leader in the restaurant industry.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, attending live music events, and making memories with family and friends.
