For the past 15 years Natalie Eslinger, has worked in multiple roles in the foodservice industry. For 10 of those 15, she honed her skills to become a veteran behind the bar. Creating cocktails derived from her creative style! Natalie specializes in creating fun and interesting twists on the classic cocktail and providing excellent customer service. Her skills, creativeness, and work ethic are precisely what we needed in a Bar Manager.

Since the age of 20, Natalie has been a businesswoman. Owning her own lawn mowing business from 20 - 25, working as a Marketing Manager, as well as maintaining her passion as a lead singer and owner of the band Frantic Anarchy. Natalie is passionate to do big things and enjoy herself along the way!

When away from The Paddle Trap, Natalie enjoys performing with her band, running, riding motorcycle, camping, and spending time with her pup! She has been a proud dog mama for the past 11 years.
