HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
- The Igloos are officially open for their second year starting November 1, 2022! To make a reservation, scroll down to reserve now button, or use the button on the top right of the website.
IS THERE A FEE?
- There is a $50 fee for no shows.
- There is a $50 fee for late cancelations (see cancelation policy).
- Extra Time: For more than the 90 minutes - additional purchase minimum will apply.
CAN I SMOKE IN THEM?
- No! You will be charged $100 for any smoking inside the igloos.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
- Reservations can be canceled up to two hours before your reservation for no charge . Any reservations canceled after the 2 hour deadline will be charged the $50 fee.
ARE THE IGLOOS HEATED?
- Yes! We have two electric heaters in each Igloo; however, the temperature of the igloo depends on how often the door is opened & closed. We recommend you dress in layers for added comfort!
WHICH FOOD MENU IS SERVED?
- Dining Igloos: The same food menus we serve inside the restaurant are served in the. Find out full food menu here.
- Lounge Igloo: All appetizers and cocktails from our menu!
HOW FAR OUT CAN WE RESERVE AN IGLOO?
- You can make a reservation anytime starting October 15, 2022. End date TBD.
HOW MANY FIT IN AN IGLOO?
- We have eight Dining Igloos that fit 6 people.
- We have one Lounge Igloo that fits 8 people.
- Lounge Igloo boasts living room style furniture and a coffee table with end tables.
WHAT IF I BREAK IT?
- If you break an igloo due to roughhousing, smoking, or any other act of negligence you will be charged the cost to replace the damaged parts.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO REPLY YES TO THESE WHEN A RESERVATION IS MADE.
- You are agreeing to rent a private dining experience for precisely 90 minutes at your reservation time. If there is no reservation after yours, you are welcome to stay until the next reservation arrives. Please inquire with management upon arrival if additional time is available. Space is limited in the igloos.
- You agree to have no more than six (6) in a dining igloo, and no more than eight (8) people in our lounge igloo.
- We require a credit or debit card to hold your reservation, however you may pay by any other method during your stay.
- You agree to the cancelation policy stating that any cancelation must be made at least two (2) hours prior to your reservation time.
- If you cancel your reservation within two hours of your arrival time, or you do not show up during your reserved time, your card will then be charged the $50 no show fee.
- You agree to no smoking. Violation of this policy will result in a $100 charge to your card.
- You agree that if there is any damage to an igloo by roughhousing, smoking, or any other act of negligence, your card will be charged for the cost of the repairs.
